Richard and Amanda have partnered to launch Overhouse Studio, a new residential design collaborative based in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. This venture combines their extensive experience in architecture and interior design to offer comprehensive residential design services.

Richard Cissell is the founder of Cissell Architecture + Design, an architecture firm located in Shaker Heights, Ohio. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, he is a registered architect in Ohio. His eponymous firm specialized in residential renovations and additions throughout Northeast Ohio, including projects in Shaker Heights, Chagrin Falls, Cleveland Heights, and other nearby communities. Cissell's portfolio includes collaborations with interior designers and construction firms, and he is affiliated with the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA) through its Ohio and Lake Erie Chapter .

Amanda Fort is the owner and principal designer of Dane Street Studio, which she founded in 2016. Based in Shaker Heights, Ohio, her studio specializes in residential design services, offering custom design work for renovations and full-home remodels. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami University and her Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked for architecture firms in Ohio, Michigan, and New York, and has taught architecture courses at both Miami University and the University of Cincinnati. Amanda is committed to collaborating closely with clients to create projects that exceed their expectations.
